• Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of purchase.
  • Tracking information is sent to your email at the time of shipment. If you shop as a guest this will be your only notification. For registered customers your tracking will also be found in My Account.
  • Shipping days are Monday-Friday. Our customer service/warehouse hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (US EST) if you have any questions or issues regarding your package you can always call.
  • Orders Placed after 2 P.M. (US EST) on a Friday will not be shipped until the following business day.
  • Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 days.
  • We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 USD and Free International shipping on orders over $200 USD.
  • All free shipping options ship first class and do not qualify for the tracking feature. Although you may receive a tracking number, the feature is disabled with this shipping option.
  • Free International delivery varies by destination, but can takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the shipping option.
